Production Worker (Wax Utility Worker - 3rd Shift)

Join us as a Production Worker (Wax Utility Worker - 3rd Shift) at Howmet Aerospace.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Wax Utility Worker to support wax assembly processes at our Dover, New Jersey location. This Midnight shift position runs from Sunday night to Thursday night, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Training will be provided on the Day Shift, M-F, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, for several months.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly rate is $24.79, increasing to $27.35 after 12 months. The position includes an hourly shift premium during off-shift work. Responsibilities

• Support wax assembly to meet production targets.
• Operate sprue injection, prepare plates, and handle wax molds.
• Transport cores/waxes, set up dies, fill wax presses, and interpret setup drawings.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Perform subassemblies, maintain production records, and assist in material handling.

• Adhere to EHS policies and regulations.
• Wear PPE and report safety concerns.
• Participate in EHS training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Reside within 50 miles of Dover, NJ.

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing or sitting.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Use of various machinery and equipment.
