Job summary

Carley Foundry, Inc. is seeking a Permold Machine Operator – Foundry Production to join our Blaine, MN team. You will operate production equipment for aluminum castings and follow established processes to maintain quality and safety.

Position offers top pay with shift differential for 2nd shift, along with training on the 1st shift to acclimate. Benefits include medical plans, HSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, and wellness programs.

Job Summary

Permold Machine Operator – Foundry Production

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and industrial machinery in accordance with process for aluminum castings.
• Follow all processes and procedures for the role.
• Maintain self‑motivation, attention to detail, reliability, good attendance, and a positive attitude.

Work Hours

• Permanent position; 2nd shift 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Training may be completed on 1st shift, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Compensation

Top pay ranging from $24.25 to $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift.
