Production Worker (Foundry Worker - 3rd Shift)

Join to apply for the Production Worker (Foundry Worker - 3rd Shift) role at Howmet Aerospace.

This position involves working in the Dover, New Jersey facility, with work hours on the Midnight Shift, Sunday night to Thursday night, 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM. The starting hourly rate is $21.58, increasing to $23.92 after 12 months, with a shift premium applicable for off-shift hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Deplating, Dewaxing, and inspecting/wrapping molds for casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry.
• Loading and unloading autoclaves and dewax ovens.
• Performing core reclaim operations, mold washing, inspection, and boroscope operations.
• Operating attendant equipment and transporting materials.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Recording mold weights and maintaining accurate process records.

Environmental Health & Safety

• Implementing and complying with EHS policies and regulations.
• Wearing personal protective equipment and reporting safety concerns.
• Attending all required EHS training.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
• Reside within 50 miles of Dover, NJ.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret instructions, and communicate in English.
