Join us as a Production Worker - 3rd Shift at Mauser Packaging Solutions

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. The role involves:

1. Meeting production standards within required timeframes
2. Maintaining clean and organized work areas
3. Following all safety instructions and specifications
4. Ensuring safety and quality throughout production
5. Notifying supervisors when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality standards
6. Reporting waste and issues to supervisors
7. Performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of safety guidelines and passing safety training
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork orientation

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 8-12 hours per shift
• Use of hands and fingers
• Stoop, kneel, bend, climb
• Lifting up to 35 lbs
