Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is actively hiring Production Workers for a food production and warehousing company in Spencer, IA. This role supports daily production and warehouse operations by preparing and moving products, staging materials, and maintaining an organized work area.

Weekly pay and reliable weekday hours are offered. The Production Worker will load/unload trucks, stage products, operate forklifts after training, and read shipping paperwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow verbal work instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to read schedules, bills of lading, and shipping paperwork
• Willingness to work in temperatures averaging between 50°F and –20°F depending on assignment; exposure is intermittent
• Willingness to work around wet floors, damp areas, and raw meat products, including blood or fat
• Ability to complete required Job Safety Analysis (JSA), equipment operation, safety, and food safety training

Responsibilities
