Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production Support Assistant for a Brainerd, MN manufacturing site. You will support the production team with machine operation, part handling, inspections, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

This entry-level role offers hands-on learning and long-term skill development. The position is day shift, Monday–Friday, temporary with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance.

• Perform basic part inspections using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and other measuring tools
• Dump chip bins and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Assist machinists with day-to-day production needs

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Support Assistants for a manufacturing company in Brainerd, MN. In this role, you'll support the production team by assisting with machine operation, part handling, inspections, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. What You’ll Do as a Production Support Assistant:
