Aventure Staffing in Rock Valley, IA is hiring a Production Assistant to support daily manufacturing operations. You will assist production staff, prepare materials, and help keep the line running safely and efficiently.

This role offers a flexible schedule with 20–40 hours per week and a day shift. Responsibilities include preparing materials, organizing tools, operating basic equipment, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.
