Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Woodridge, IL is seeking a production worker to join our packaging team. You will load/unload, pack finished products, inspect for quality, build boxes and load skids, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment through teamwork and compliance with safety rules.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, with overtime likely in busy periods. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, HSAs/FSAs, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, paid sick leave, 10 vacation

Qualifications

General Purpose: Our team of production workers work together to package and assemble finished products.

Qualifications

The starting rate is $16 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
