Aerotek is seeking an entry-level Shop Hand/Production Worker in Washington, MO. This contract-to-hire role offers growth opportunities in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment on 1st and 2nd shifts.

You will contribute to facility upkeep, support production tasks, and gain hands-on experience with basic production and assembly processes. The position is onsite in Washington, MO with pay ranging from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour.

• General cleaning and organization throughout the facility

• Painting walls, equipment, and work areas as needed

• Cleaning and preparing machinery and production equipment

• Assisting with facility appearance and improvement projects

• Performing basic patching, touch-up, and maintenance tasks

• Removing debris and maintaining a clean, safe work environment

• Supporting project needs as assigned

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility where the shop floor can get very hot and dusty. The rest of the facility is climate controlled, with tasks split between both areas depending on daily needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
