Job description

Overview:
We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join us on aproject-by-project basis. Thispart-time role is perfect for those seeking flexibility in their schedule while applying their expertise to impactful projects within a food processing and packaging environment.This position is 1st shift, with varying start & end times depending on each project (for example: 7:00am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4:00pm, 8:00am-4:30pm).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a variety of roles in the processing and packaging of chocolate, sweets, mints and other great-tasting snacks.
• Maintain the highest quality of food safety standards,and sanitation standards.
• Operate processing or packaging equipment as assigned.
• Perform various checks to include metal detector, date code and weight system check.
• Clean and inspect equipment.
• Observe safety procedures.
• Observe Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Observe good housekeeping practices.
• Complete quality checks andassociated daily production paperwork as assigned.
