Position: Production Associate
Location: Frenchtown, NJ
Wage: $18.54/hr plus second shift $0.25 shift differential
Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm, Monday - Friday (overtime may be required)

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, as a Production Worker, you will be responsible for the safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include assisting in various areas of our manufacturing process as directed, striving to meet plant goals and customer requirements. Safety is the top priority for every employee.

What you will be doing:

• Manually catching bundles and palletizing end products manufactured by production.
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Observing equipment operations to detect malfunctions and notifying operators.
• Lifting raw materials, unfinished products, and packed items manually.
• Counting finished products to ensure order completeness.
• Marking or tagging identification on parts.
• Loading and unloading items from machines to conveyors and conveyances.
• Helping production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, cleaning.
• Recording information such as the number of products produced, including writing dates and times.
