Location: Frenchtown, NJ
Wage: $18.54 Hr/plus second shift .25 cent shift differential
Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm Monday - Friday. (some overtime may be required)

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, as aProductionWorker, you will be responsible for the safe operation ofproductionequipment using standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include providing assistance in various areas of our manufacturing process as directed. Strive to meet plant goals and customer requirements. Safety is the top priority of every employee.

What you will be doing:

  • Manually catch bundles and palletize end product manufactured byproduction.
  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
  • Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify operators of malfunctions.
  • Lift raw materials, unfinished products and pack items manually.
  • Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
  • Mark or tag identification on parts.
  • Load and unload items from the machines to conveyors and conveyances.
  • Helpproductionworkers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding material or tools, cleaning.
  • Record information such as the number of products produced including writing dates and time.

  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to change and work well in a team environment.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of or ability to learn safety rules and procedures, and operating policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to maintain good attendance and be reliable and dependable.
  • Demonstrate a high level of physical coordination and manual dexterity. Repeatedly lift to 30 lbs.
  • Can work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
