Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Worker/Assembler (Entry Level) in Haverhill, MA to assemble cables from a materials kit, following blueprints, and using a magnifying glass for precision. This is a contract-to-hire position with onsite work and two shifts: 7am to 3:30pm and 10am to 6:30pm.

You'll need mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints, and 3–5 years of cable assembly experience. The role pays $17.00-$18.00 per hour and offers benefits; it provides growth within the team in a dynamic

Job Description

As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of cables, ensuring that all components are accurately connected to connectors. You will work at designated stations, receiving a kit of materials and assembling cables from there. These cables are utilized by the military, requiring precision and attention to detail. You will follow blueprints to complete assemblies and work with small components, often using a magnifying glass for precision.

Work Environment

The work environment operates on two shifts: 7am to 3:30pm and 10am to 6:30pm, with a shift differential for the second shift. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans and a plain shirt. No personal protective equipment is required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Haverhill, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
