Job summary

Aerotek in Everett, WA is hiring Assembly Technicians to assist in fabrication and installation of cable assemblies for Polaris. This is a contract position onsite with 1st and 2nd shifts.

Pay is $24.00 per hour, with a 10% shift differential for second shift, and benefits including medical, dental & vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, EAP and PTO. You will read drawings, follow detailed instructions, perform quality checks, and use hand and power tools

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods.
• Experience with reading and following technical drawings and instructions.

Assembly Technician

Overview:

Hiring Assemblers to assist in the fabrication and installation of cable assemblies for Polaris. Seize this unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to clean energy initiatives.

Pay: $24 an hour (plus 10% shift differential for 2nd shift)

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Operate various equipment and tools while keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organized.
• Perform quality checks.
• Read and follow technical instructions and drawings.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Capable of following detailed instructions.
• Physically able to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods.
• Skilled in using measuring and hand tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
