We are currently looking for an experienced Production Worker to join our manufacturing team at our Minneapolis facility. If you are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and looking for a stable, long-term position in a modern manufacturing environment, we want to meet you.

Your Role

As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in our manufacturing operations by:

  • Manufacturing doors, frames, and components according to work instructions and inspection plans
  • Performing assigned tasks efficiently while respecting production standards
  • Inspecting parts and finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
  • Applying and following all workplace health and safety rules
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Meeting production timelines while maintaining a high level of quality

Working Conditions
  • Position:Permanent, full-time
  • Schedule:Day shift
  • Hours:40 hours/week, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (overtime available)
  • Salary:Starting at$20.00/hour

You Are the Person We’re Looking For If You Have:
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience making basic machine adjustments
  • 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (asset)
  • Technical training in mechanics, welding, or industrial production (asset)
  • Experience using hand tools (professional or personal)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the workday
  • Ability to regularly lift and handle loads of 50 lbs or more
  • Comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks
