WSI Talent in Michigan is seeking a Production Associate to help build custom doors and entry systems for schools, hospitals, and public buildings nationwide. This hands-on role requires reading templates, precise measuring, and teamwork in a climate-controlled shop.

You will read templates, square frames, run equipment including CNC machinery, inspect parts, and move products through each production stage. Starting pay is $17/hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Read a tape measure to 1/32 inch.
• Speak, write, and read basic English.
• Safe operation of basic hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude; basic math including fractions & ratios.
• Lift up to 70 pounds with assistance.
• Work on your feet and as part of a team; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

You will read templates, square frames, run equipment, and keep parts moving so the next crew can do their job. This Decatur, Michigan manufacturer has been building engineered architectural door systems since 1971. The operation produces fiberglass and aluminum entrance systems for commercial and public projects nationwide and is known for organized production flow, practical leadership, and opportunities to cross train into multiple departments.

Each day you will assemble custom door frames using hand and power tools, read templates and measurements down to 1/32 inch, operate upstream equipment including CNC machinery, inspect parts, and keep product flowing safely to the next stage of production.

What we offer the Production Associate position:

$17.00 per hour

Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
