Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience required.

• Sheet metal welding experience is highly preferred.
• Experience welding cold rolled steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.
• No welding certifications required.

Full Job Description

A client of ours in McMinnville is looking to add a Production Welder to their weekend shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with TIG welding experience or a strong sheet metal welding background. You'll be fabricating and welding precision components in a clean manufacturing environment while working with a variety of materials.

The majority of the work involves TIG welding, with some MIG welding as needed. No welding certifications are required—our client is looking for candidates with hands‑on experience and a commitment to producing quality work.

• Perform TIG welding on production parts and assemblies
• Complete MIG welding as needed
• Weld materials including cold rolled steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Work with material thicknesses ranging from 18-gauge to 1/8-inch
• Read work orders and follow production specifications
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
