InProduction, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to join our fabrication team in Boiling Springs, SC. The role focuses on MIG and TIG welding of aluminum and steel, with some fabrication work and ability to read prints. You will work with various shop equipment and must maintain high production and quality standards.

Starting wage is $18 per hour, with overtime as needed. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and 401K match.

Competenze

• 3 years of Mig/Tig welding experience on aluminum and steel.
• Ability to read prints and tape measure accurately.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Certified Welder a plus.

Mansioni

• MIG & TIG welding of aluminum and steel
• Some fabrication will be required
• Welding on carbon steel and aluminum with MIG/TIG
• Operate shop equipment (mills, press-brake, saws, grinders, drills)
• Maintain production while ensuring quality
• Work unsupervised and stay productive

Responsibilities

• Mig & Tig welding of aluminum and steel
• Some fabrication will be required with this position
• Welding on carbon steel various thickness with MIG
• Welding on aluminum various thickness with MIG and TIG
• Work on other shop equipment such as manual mills, press-brake, saws, grinders, drills, etc
• Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality
• Must be proficient in aluminum and steel
• Must be able to work un-supervised and maintain productivity
• Responding to quick turn-around orders some overtime required
• Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area
• Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3 years' experience Mig & Tig welding aluminum & steel
• Certified Welder a plus
• Must be able to read prints & ACCURATELY read a tape measure
• Must have reliable transportation
• Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties and responsibilities of this job, including lifting to 75 lbs

Compensation

Starting rate: $18 per hour based on experience.
