Job summary

Pacific Staffing, LLC is seeking a Back Production Welder for the weekend shift in McMinnville, Oregon. The role focuses on TIG welding of production parts, with some MIG welding as needed; no welding certs required, hands-on experience prioritized.

You will weld cold rolled steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, read work orders, inspect finished welds, and maintain a clean, safe work area on a Thursday–Saturday schedule, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., temp-to-hire.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience required.
• MIG welding experience is a plus.
• Sheet metal welding experience is highly preferred.
• Experience welding cold rolled steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.
• No welding certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on production parts and assemblies.
• Complete MIG welding as needed.
• Weld materials including cold rolled steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Read work orders and follow production specifications.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
