Monarch Precast Concrete in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced Precast Production Welder to support reinforcement cage fabrication for concrete structures. You will work from shop drawings to cut, bend, tie, and weld rebar sizes #3 through #8, ensuring precise welds and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of MIG welding experience in the precast concrete industry.
• Experience with production welding and fabricating reinforcement cages.

Responsibilities

• Read shop drawings and cut, bend, tie, and weld rebar #3 through #8 to assemble reinforcement cages for precast concrete structures.
• Ensure quality and consistency of welds and overall workmanship.

Position Overview
This position is for an experienced Precast Production Welder withexperience in MIG welding to support rebar, reinforcement cage fabrication for precast, concrete structures ranging in size and complexity. Position entails working from shop drawings to cut, bend, tie, and weld rebar size #3 through #8 to assemble reinforcement cages for custom-engineered concrete castings used in storm and sanitary water construction projects. Quality and consistency of workproductessential.
