Masters is seeking a full-time Welder/Fabricator in the Olyphant, PA location to repair metal concrete forms and fabricate railings, fencing, and utility structures. You will support daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and customer service while operating tools and equipment professionally.

The role is full-time, hourly with overtime, requiring ability to lift 75 lbs several times daily and stand/walk for extended periods. Company benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Handling aluminum and steel components.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in fabrication and repairs.
• Basic math for measuring and cutting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to pass preemployment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, punch, drill, grind, and bend materials on various equipment.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers, and overhead cranes safely.
