You will support daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and customer service while operating tools and equipment professionally.

Job Description

Masters is seeking a full-time professional to work as a team member in our Precast Concrete Division, at the Olyphant, PA location. The Welder/Fabricator’s primary duties include all activities related to repairing metal concrete forms used in daily production as well as fabricating various railings, fencing, and utility structures. This individual will work to ensure the safe and efficient production of all products, while providing the best customer service, maintaining excellent quality control, and the safe and professional operation of all tools and equipment.
