Barry-Wehmiller Companies Inc. is seeking a Production Welder for our Sleepy Eye, MN facility. The role requires operating welding equipment and basic fabrication tools to support our steel fabrication processes in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, loading materials, maintaining a clean workstation, and adhering to safety procedures. Candidates with MIG/TIG welding exposure and forklift experience are encouraged to apply; day-one benefits are

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Beginning level experience in MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding.
• Prior forklift and operator experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate light, medium and heavy equipment including forklift.
• Operate hand-operated tools related to steel fabrication.
• Must be able to use welding equipment or learn welding procedures.
• Set up equipment including jigs and loading of raw materials for manufacturing.
• Cleans and maintains workstation daily in the production process.
• Regular, timely attendance to meet operational needs.
• Performs special projects or assignments as directed.
• Work in accordance with established safety procedures.
