Aventure Staffing is seeking a skilled Welder for Fairmont, MN, on 1st or 2nd shift. Duties include MIG/TIG/arc welding, reading blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and ensuring quality welds. Requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Set up dies and build parts per order.
• Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and proper ventilation.

Welder 1st Shift - 6am-4:30pm M-Th; 2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 2:00am $23.00/hr - $25.50/hr - Depending on Experience + Shift Differential For a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our production team in Fairmont, MN. The ideal candidate will have experience using welding tools and equipment, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work while meeting production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, stick, or arc welding to fabricate metal structures or components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, grinders, buffers, sand blasters, shear, brake, punch and other metal fabrication tools.

• Set up dies and build parts per order.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Welding Techniques.
• Computer knowledge for understanding assignments and paperwork.
• Capable of understanding complete welding fabrication of major assemblies and proper clamping of welded structures.
• Willing to work mandatory OT when required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Standing, bending, and working in confined positions for extended periods.
