Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Companies Inc. is seeking a Production Welder for our Sleepy Eye, MN facility. The role requires operating welding equipment and basic fabrication tools to support our steel fabrication processes in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, loading materials, maintaining a clean workstation, and adhering to safety procedures. Candidates with MIG/TIG welding exposure and forklift experience are encouraged to apply; day-one benefits are

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Beginning level experience in MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding.
• Prior forklift and operator experience is a plus.

• Must be able to use welding equipment or learn welding procedures.
