Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–12 months of related manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Basic computer and math skills are required.
• Experience using inspection tools like micrometers, calipers, and scales is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently as trained.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify specifications.
• Use testing equipment for quality checks (bubble point, leak, flow, differential pressure).
• Set up inspection tools and test equipment at the workstation.
• Complete production documentation and system transactions on time.
• Identify and communicate quality or process issues affecting safety, quality, or delivery.
• Support smooth product flow and handoffs between steps.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
