Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 1st shift on the production floor. The role supports manufacturing of components and assemblies, adhering to ISO 9001 quality processes and safe work guidelines.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, loading materials, monitoring output, and maintaining clean, compliant work areas, with potential for continuous improvement involvement.

Qualifications

• Able to work in fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ERP data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment per work instructions and safety rules.
• Load raw materials and components into machines or fixtures.
• Monitor machine operation and product flow to meet cycle times.
• Inspect parts for conformance to quality standards.
• Report defects, issues, or shortages to supervisor.
• Complete production documents in ERP systems and records.
