Job summary

CORMETECH, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to identify organizational training needs in line with OSHA and ISO requirements and to implement training programs across shifts in our North Carolina facilities.

The role focuses on analyzing needs, organizing sessions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include conducting training, maintaining records, and coordinating supplier and internal training resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/associate degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory.
• Willingness to provide training on all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Determine training needs through analysis and assessment.
• Identify outside training sources as needed.
• Organize and conduct training, orientation and educational programs.
• Deliver on-the-job and supervisory/management development training.
• Follow up to assess program effectiveness and material relevance.
• Maintain documentation for trainings and personnel transactions.
• Administer and maintain Pay for Performance Program.
