Job summary

ES Foundry in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Training Manager to lead end-to-end skills assessments, build training plans, and drive implementation for all workforce training. The role ensures exempt and non-exempt staff gain process proficiency, safety compliance, product quality, and operational know-how in a high-volume solar cell manufacturing environment.

You will serve as the architecture for training programs, partner with plant leaders, and maintain LMS records, SOPs, and ISO/BCP alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in HRM or OD with manufacturing exposure.
• Extensive cross-functional training experience in manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competency gap analyses and develop strategic training roadmaps.
• Coordinate with managers, supervisors and engineers to align training with KPIs and ISO standards.
• Design and implement multi-level management training and onboarding programs.
• Maintain LMS records, SOP alignment, and drive continuous improvement.
