The role requires the ability to train groups of varying sizes, work with training databases, and adapt methods to individual learners. A high school diploma is required; an associates degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree in Business or Educational training preferred.
• Experience in Production, Operations or Factory as an Area Trainer or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for all production positions at the service center.
• Ensure repair and assembly techniques follow safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to identify training opportunities for new and existing processes.
• Cover 1st and 2nd shifts; maintain flexibility in scheduling.
