Job summary

Brambles is seeking a Production Trainer to lead onboarding and training for all production roles at the Kilgore, TX service center. You will ensure proper repair and assembly techniques, safety, and adherence to company processes.

You will cover 1st & 2nd shifts with a flexible schedule, and collaborate with plant leadership to close skills gaps and drive continuous production improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Experience as Area Trainer or in a similar leadership role in production.
• Ability to lead trainings, assess performance, and coach teams.
• Familiarity with repair techniques and inspection criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training for all production positions.
• Lead and coach employees, promoting teamwork and safety.
• Train on current and new processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ensure SOPs are followed per Process Control Plan and Repair Technique.
• Manage training plans and track completion using learning systems.
• Provide progress feedback to plant leadership and operations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and HR to identify training improvements.
• Develop training plans for existing staff with leaders.
