Job summary

Terumo-Neuro-1 is seeking a Train Production Associate to support manufacturing processes, deliver training, and maintain compliant training records within the quality system. You will introduce new hires, coordinate with the Production Training team, and ensure safe, accurate data recording on the line.

The role emphasizes independent work, continuous improvement in training methods, and collaboration with leadership to identify skill gaps and prioritize development.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic new hire introduction to the production line, area, and systems.
• Work with Production Training team to obtain training records required to complete process training.
• Follow manufacturing instructions to assemble product, record data, and maintain a safe work area.
• Provide operational training to Production Assemblers, including the use of released process instructions, materials, equipment, systems, and tooling.
• Keep training records and training requests up to date.
• Work independently with minimal direction.
• Responsible for learning and maintaining knowledge and skills to perform majority of the manufacturing processes.
• Support the production line during periods when no training tasks are assigned.
• Partner with production and training leadership to identify training needs and prioritize skill development.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to training methods, documentation, and execution.
• Efficiently convey knowledge, deliver effective training, and provide information to Supervisors regarding production issues and training progress.
• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adheres to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary Range:

$20.83/hr - $26.04/hr Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
