Job summary

CHEP Services, LLC is seeking a Production Trainer to lead onboarding and training for all production positions at the service center. You will ensure proper repair and assembly techniques align with safety, quality, and local/company-wide procedures.

You will partner with plant leadership to identify ongoing training opportunities for both new and existing processes. The role covers 1st and 2nd shifts with a flexible schedule and requires strong instructional skills, teamwork, and the ability

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and instructional abilities for training production staff.
• Experience in production, operations or factory settings as trainer.
• Demonstrated record of quality and productivity improvements.
• Ability to train groups and use training databases and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training for all production positions following SOPs and safety standards.
• Coach employees and peers to uphold quality and operational performance.
• Develop and execute onboarding and ongoing training plans.
• Monitor training progress and maintain records in LMS.
• Collaborate with HR, supervisors, and leadership for program improvements.
• Adapt training methods to individual learning styles and KPIs.
