Eaton ES AMER PCS invites applications for a Production Trainer - 1st Shift in El Paso, TX. The role focuses on supporting hourly production training, onboarding, and cross-training across the facility.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in manufacturing, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with MS Office. The position emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and production readiness on a 5:00am–3:45pm schedule, with eligibility for incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience conducting production training.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits offered; must reside within 50 miles of El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

• Support site-wide training programs for all hourly production employees, including on-the-job and classroom training.
• Collaborate with leaders to enable cross-training and coverage in all areas.
• Assist training coordinator to update records, content, and training compliance.
• Continuously develop skills by cross training in different areas.
• Act as a subject matter expert in CPA processes and flex into production as needed.
• Lead by example in safety, leadership attributes, initiative, quality, and process knowledge.
