Job summary

Agropur is hiring a Production Trainer in Jerome, ID. You will conduct hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups, oversee training checklists, and ensure safe, efficient operations across all production tasks.

The position includes data entry and document control, with training across departments. A high school diploma is required and prior food manufacturing training experience is preferred.

How your role contributes to that mission:

We are looking for a Production Trainer in Jerome, ID. The Production Trainer is trained to effectively and safely carry out the duties/tasks of each position within production. This position will conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.
