Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Illinois is seeking a training-focused role within our production teams. You will deliver hands-on and classroom training for new hires, managing training checklists and ensuring safe, efficient work practices across departments.

The role also involves supporting document control, data entry, and cross-department tasks with opportunities for advancement. Competitive pay starts at $25.86 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in training in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to learn tasks across multiple production departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and classroom training for new hires and transfers.
• Manage training checklists for trainees and ensure completion.
• Support safe, efficient production operations and document control.
• Assist with data entry and cross-department tasks.

Starting wage of $25.86. Two pay increases within the first year up to $1.00 $1.50. Shift Differential + Double Time on Sundays Thursday - Saturday every other Sunday 5PM to 5AM. Responsibilities

• Conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.
• Oversee and manage training checklists for employee being trained.
• Learn to carry out all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assisting in the production process and learning various tasks.
• Assist with document control.
• Data entry.
• Fully trained in all departments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Previous work experience in a food safety/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
