Job summary

Agropur in Jerome, ID is seeking a Production Trainer to lead hands-on and classroom training for new hires and rehires. The role ensures training checklists are current and that tasks are performed safely across departments.

The trai- ning specialist will assist in production, support document control, and perform data entry while becoming fully cross-trained in all areas of production. This full-time position offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Training experience preferred.
• Previous work experience in a food safety/manufacturing environment preferred.

We are looking for a Production Trainer in Jerome, ID. The Production Trainer is trained to effectively and safely carry out the duties/tasks of each position within production. This position will conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.
