Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, ID is seeking a Production Trainer to train new hires and ensure safe, efficient operations across all production steps. You will conduct hands-on and classroom training, oversee training checklists, and assist with document control and data entry.

Starting wage is $25.86 per hour, with two pay increases within the first year up to $1.00 and a $1.50 shift differential plus Sundays double time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Training experience preferred.
• Previous work in food safety/manufacturing environment preferred.
