Job summary

Mid-States Concrete Industries is hiring a Throughput Coordinator to balance production planning with field coordination. You will translate master schedules into actionable daily plans, prepare casting programs, and maintain production readiness with drawings, materials, and documentation.

You will collaborate with planning, engineering, production, and field teams to resolve scheduling risks, adjust plans, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining bed utilization and accurate records in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business, operations, construction, or related field preferred.
• Experience in production scheduling, coordination, manufacturing, or related operations.
• Precast concrete or field coordination experience.
• Strong Excel and computer skills; able to read production schedules and project drawings.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update hollowcore production schedules within EliPlan.
• Translate master production schedules into daily/weekly production plans.
• Prepare casting programs and production documentation.
• Communicate schedule changes across departments.
• Assist with field coordination and load tickets.
• Review backlog dates and ensure on-time delivery.
