Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Product Test Technician 1 in Peachtree Corners, GA. The role focuses on repairing complex electro-mechanical assemblies per instructions and contributing to failure analysis and final test, with documentation in SAP and adherence to 6S standards.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 0-1 years in related manufacturing, and strong attention to detail. Swing shift hours are 3pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Repair complex electro-mechanical assemblies per work instructions.
• Assist with failure analysis and final test; document findings.
• Participate in investigational teams for FRUs and provide input as required.
• Communicate repair status to leads and other departments.
• Initiate material requests and document traceability in SAP as needed.
• Record productive and non-productive time in SPIN; follow 6S standards.
• Perform daily ESD shoe checks and follow ESD protocols.
• Follow all GDP, safety, SOP, and DOP procedures; maintain clean workstation.

Job Title: Product Test Technician 1

Location: Peachtree Corners GA

Pay Range: $24.20 Swing Shift M-F 3pm-11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Performs repair of complex electro-mechanical assemblies per applicable work Instructions.
• Aids with failure analysis and Final Test of assemblies and properly documents findings.
• Participates in investigational teams for FRU's to provide input if required.
• Communicates status of repairs with leads/supervisors and other departments as necessary.
• Adheres to GDP guidelines when completing all documentation Initiates material requests.
• Reports quality issues and provides details necessary to create quality notification (VR, PL) records transactions in SAP as needed to preserve traceability.
• Tracks all productive and non-productive time in SPIN
• Completes ESD shoe check daily and follow ESD protocols at the workstation.
• Follows all corporate, safety, SOP, DOP procedures and regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly workstation meeting all 6S standards
• Maintains 6S standard of community work areas
• Maintins an excellent Attendance record
