RTX is seeking a Production Test Engineer to join the Tucson, AZ team. You will validate test hardware, ensure test processes meet specifications, and analyze data to improve yields and capacity. The role requires a DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain, and U.S.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM major obtained by start date.
Experience/education with interpretation of technical documentation or writing
Experience/education with project execution
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required.

Validate new or modified test equipment for production use.
Ensure operation of test equipment and related work instructions are accurate.
Ensure test equipment and software meet product requirements.
Monitor and improve test processes through analysis of predictive metrics and yields.
Develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis.
Maintain changes to the test equipment technical data package including drawings and manuals.
Assist in non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair.
Lead root cause investigations and present findings.
Provide technical training in product and test equipment.
