Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL in Houston, TX is seeking a Production Technician to support manufacturing and distribution operations. The role involves assembling products, picking items, shipping and receiving, all while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of warehousing or production experience preferred.
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to safely drive Company truck or other equipment.
Willingness to work nights and weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
Assemble products to company, customer and manufacturer standards.
Perform product testing to quality standards as required by the customer and company work instruction.
Receive incoming shipments into inventory, post in system and place items in warehouse.
Pick products for delivery or shipping and prepare items accordingly.
Operate mechanical equipment and hand tools including forklifts and lifting devices.
Assist with physical inventory and tag/return unused inventory to warehouse.
Support welders and machine metal fittings as needed.
