Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL in Charleston, WV is seeking a Production Technician to join our warehouse and manufacturing operations. The role involves assembling and testing products, picking and shipping, and delivering when required, all while maintaining a strong safety program.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehousing or production, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime, nights, and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years warehousing or production experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work overtime, nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to move around the facility during shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Assemble products to company, customer and manufacturer standards.
• Test products per quality standards and work instructions.
• Receive shipments into inventory, post in online system and place items in warehouse.
• Pick products in warehouse and prepare for delivery or shipping.
• Deliver products as required.
• Operate mechanical equipment and hand tools (and forklifts where applicable).
• Assist with physical inventory and suggest product/process improvements.
• Perform other related duties as required.
