Leidos is seeking an entry-level Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling components, cables, and IT racks according to technical drawings, and using hand and power tools.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings, and good teamwork. Preferred experience includes building cables (RF, Ethernet, and signal) and prior production exposure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install components, cables, and hardware based on technical drawings and work instructions.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation.
• Build, route, and terminate cables (RF, Ethernet, and signal) per required specifications.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools in the assembly and installation of equipment.
• Assist in building and installing IT racks and related assemblies.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
