Experience building cables (RF, Ethernet, and signal) and IT rack builds is highly desired. This role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install components, cables, and hardware based on drawings and work instructions.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation.
• Build, route, and terminate cables (RF, Ethernet, and signal) per specifications.
• Utilize hand and power tools in assembly and installation of equipment.
• Assist in building and installing IT racks and related assemblies.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure assemblies meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
