  • Perform basic quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company and industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Description

We are seeking an entry‑level Production Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to read and interpret technical drawings, and comfortable working with both hand and power tools. Prior experience with cable building (RF, Ethernet, and signal cables) is highly desired, as is experience with IT rack builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install components, cables, and hardware based on technical drawings and work instructions.
