Job Overview:

The Production Technician I (N2) Sign-on Bonus is available for this role. This position is responsible for monitoring Keurig Dr Pepper’s production processes, including operating manufacturing equipment and maintaining compliance with high safety and quality standards. The role involves engagement with initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.

Shift and Schedule:

• N2 shift (Friday - Sunday)
• 5:00pm-5:30am

Sign-on Bonus Details (as of 4/14/2025 - TBD):

You will receive a total sign-on bonus of $3,000, paid in three installments: $1,000 at 3 months, $1,000 at 6 months, and $1,000 at 9 months. Resigning within one year of the last payment requires reimbursement of the full bonus.

Responsibilities include:

1. Safety: Comply with safety policies, participate in safety programs, report incidents, and complete safety training.
2. Quality: Follow SOPs, comply with quality policies, participate in audits, perform quality checks, and maintain records.
3. Delivery: Learn machine operations, manage production data, communicate issues, perform changeovers, and support documentation activities.
4. Cost: Follow standard work, reduce waste, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
5. Team Culture: Demonstrate dependability, teamwork, professionalism, participation, and integrity.

Rewards:

Starting pay at $19.43/hour, increasing to $20.46/hour after 6 months. Additional benefits include shift differential of $3.00, benefits from day one, and various health and wellness programs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience preferred.
• Decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills, basic math skills, and ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in various environmental conditions, and wear respiratory protection.
