As a Production Technician I, you will play a key role in our Supply Chain evolution, operating upstream/downstream/central processing equipment according to SOPs, supporting activities like solution prep, cell culture, purification, and formulation. You will train under qualified technicians, follow cGMP documentation, utilize MES systems, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Operate processing equipment following SOPs, MPRs, & SPRs in compliance with cGMPs.
• Prepare solutions, support cell culture, purification, and formulation activities.
• Train with qualified technicians and obtain necessary qualifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize manufacturing systems.
• Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience with a High School Diploma.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Compliance with cGMP standards.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree, preferably in a STEM field.
• Experience with aseptic/cGMP environments.
