Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Technician to maintain and inspect grinding and related equipment on site in North America. You will monitor material flow, operate valves, and assist in repairs.

Ideal candidates have High School or GED, can work 12-hour rotating shifts outdoors in dusty environments, and lift 75–100 lbs. A strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork are essential for success at Amrize.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a team.
• Must be able to lift 75–100 lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw grinding, finish grinding, blending, calcining, and kiln equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Monitor material flow from raw material storage to mills, silos, and kiln.
• Operate valves, slides, and gates to control material flow as directed.
• Report levels of bins, tanks, and silos as required.
• Assist with maintenance repairs and support the ongoing operation of equipment.
