Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of general labor experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool-use skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment and perform maintenance tasks at sites.
• Ensure product quality and production output; report deficiencies.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repairs under supervision.
• Conduct daily inspections for safety and report issues.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Lead or guide less experienced workers on complex tasks.
